Cancellation & Refund Policy

FlightsMojo operates as an online travel agency and booking intermediary.

FlightsMojo does not operate airlines, aircraft, airports, transportation services, or reservation systems. FlightsMojo is not the provider of the transportation service purchased by the customer.

The airline or supplier operating the flight remains solely responsible for:

• Fare rules;
• Cancellation policies;
• Refund eligibility;
• Airline penalties;
• Schedule changes;
• Flight cancellations;
• Travel credits;
• Conditions of carriage.

FlightsMojo acts only as a facilitator between customers and travel suppliers.

When a cancellation or refund request is submitted, FlightsMojo assists customers by:

• Reviewing booking details;
• Communicating with suppliers;
• Processing cancellation requests;
• Coordinating refund requests;
• Managing supplier correspondence;
• Updating customers regarding refund status.

FlightsMojo cannot independently approve refunds where airline approval is required.

A voluntary cancellation occurs when a customer chooses to cancel a booking for personal reasons.

Examples may include:

• Change of travel plans;
• Business schedule changes;
• Personal emergencies;
• Medical circumstances;
• Visa refusal;
• Destination changes;
• Financial reasons;
• Any other customer-initiated cancellation.

Voluntary cancellation rights depend entirely upon the fare conditions attached to the ticket purchased.

Many airlines offer different fare families with varying cancellation rights. Certain promotional, discounted, restricted, special, or negotiated fares may be wholly non-refundable after ticket issuance.

FlightsMojo cannot override airline fare restrictions and cannot guarantee that a refund will be available.

Where cancellation is permitted under applicable fare conditions, airlines may impose cancellation penalties.

The amount charged by an airline may depend upon:

• Airline policies;
• Fare class;
• Route;
• Cabin class;
• Booking source;
• Timing of cancellation;
• Destination;
• Ticket restrictions.

Airline cancellation charges are determined solely by the airline and may change without prior notice.

FlightsMojo has no authority to waive, reduce, negotiate, or modify airline-imposed penalties.

FlightsMojo provides booking facilitation, reservation management, customer support, cancellation assistance, supplier coordination, refund processing, and post-booking support services.

These services involve operational, administrative, staffing, technology, payment processing, and customer support costs that are incurred regardless of whether an airline ultimately approves or denies a refund request.

Accordingly, FlightsMojo applies cancellation processing and administrative service fees.

These fees are separate from airline penalties and supplier charges.

Domestic Flight Bookings

For domestic flight bookings, FlightsMojo shall charge:

INR 500 per passenger per sector

International Flight Bookings

For international flight bookings, FlightsMojo shall charge:

INR 1,000 per passenger per sector

These service fees apply in addition to any charges imposed by airlines, consolidators, suppliers, reservation systems, or payment providers.

FlightsMojo service fees apply whenever post-booking support services are requested and performed.

Such services may include:

• Cancellation processing;
• Refund requests;
• Supplier correspondence;
• Reservation management;
• Schedule change assistance;
• Airline follow-up;
• Refund tracking;
• Administrative support.

FlightsMojo service fees may be deducted from the refundable amount before payment is released to the customer.

Customers acknowledge that these fees compensate FlightsMojo for services performed and administrative resources utilized on their behalf.

Customers acknowledge that FlightsMojo service fees relate to services provided by FlightsMojo and are independent of airline operations.

Accordingly, FlightsMojo service fees remain applicable even where:

• An airline cancels a flight;
• An airline reschedules a flight;
• An airline changes departure or arrival times;
• An airline modifies an itinerary;
• An airline withdraws a route;
• An airline approves a refund;
• Travel disruption occurs due to weather, strikes, operational issues, airport restrictions, government action, or force majeure events.

Where a refund is approved by the airline, FlightsMojo's applicable service fees may still be deducted from the refundable amount.

FlightsMojo service fees are not airline charges and are not automatically refundable because a flight has been cancelled by an airline.

FlightsMojo service fees become non-refundable once the relevant booking, cancellation assistance, refund processing, customer support, or administrative services have been provided.

Customers acknowledge that FlightsMojo incurs operational costs irrespective of whether:

• A flight operates;
• A flight is cancelled;
• A refund is approved;
• A refund is denied;
• A customer ultimately travels.

Accordingly, FlightsMojo service fees shall remain non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Customers wishing to cancel a booking should notify FlightsMojo as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may be submitted through:

• Customer support channels;
• Email;
• Online support requests;
• Other approved communication methods.

Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically result in cancellation.

All requests remain subject to airline processing, supplier approval, fare restrictions, and operational limitations.

Customers remain responsible for verifying that cancellation requests have been successfully processed.

Failure to travel on a booked flight without obtaining an approved cancellation may result in the booking being classified as a no-show.

Many airlines automatically cancel return flights, connecting flights, or remaining itinerary segments when a passenger fails to travel on an earlier segment.

A no-show may result in:

• Loss of ticket value;
• Cancellation of onward travel;
• Loss of refund eligibility;
• Additional rebooking costs.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for losses resulting from a passenger's failure to travel on a booked flight.

Refund eligibility is determined primarily by:

• Airline fare rules;
• Supplier policies;
• Reservation system requirements;
• Government regulations;
• Ticket restrictions.

Certain fares may be fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable.

A cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

All refund requests remain subject to review and approval by the relevant airline or supplier.

FlightsMojo cannot guarantee refund approval.

Once a refund is approved by the airline or supplier, FlightsMojo will initiate the refund process.

Refunds may be reduced by:

• Airline cancellation penalties;
• Supplier charges;
• Reservation system fees;
• Non-refundable taxes;
• FlightsMojo service fees;
• Payment processing costs.

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method used during booking unless otherwise required by law or operational necessity.

Refund processing times vary significantly depending upon:

• Airline procedures;
• Supplier processing timelines;
• Banking institutions;
• Payment gateways;
• Card issuers;
• UPI providers;
• Reservation systems.

While FlightsMojo will make reasonable efforts to facilitate approved refunds promptly, we cannot guarantee any specific refund timeline.

Customers acknowledge that airline-controlled refunds may take several weeks and, in some cases, significantly longer.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for delays caused by airlines, suppliers, financial institutions, or payment providers.

Where travel has already commenced, refund eligibility may be limited.

Airlines may recalculate ticket values based upon:

• Sectors already flown;
• Remaining travel segments;
• Applicable fare rules.

In some cases, partially used tickets may have no remaining refundable value.

Travel disruptions resulting from extraordinary events may be subject to special airline policies.

Such events may include:

• Natural disasters;
• Pandemics;
• Government restrictions;
• Border closures;
• Civil unrest;
• Severe weather;
• Security incidents.

Refund rights during such events are determined primarily by airlines and applicable government regulations.

FlightsMojo cannot guarantee refunds where suppliers provide travel credits, vouchers, rebooking options, or alternative arrangements instead of cash refunds.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
