The price, which we offer on flightsmojo.in, is generally includes accommodation charges, taxes (unless specified otherwise) and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.

Our payment gateway is completely secure and customers can make the online payments through a safe transaction process that ensures their personal security codes will not be revealed in any circumstances.

• Force Majeure: flightsmojo is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure is due to an event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
• Personal Responsibility: Users are responsible for verifying all travel-related information, including passport, visa, health, and other entry requirements. flightsmojo will not be liable for any issues or damages resulting from a failure to comply with such requirements.

By using flightsmojo, you agree that our liability is limited as described above and that you assume full responsibility for your use of the site and services.

The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes.

In case of an increase in the fare in the issuance of the air ticket, due to the airlines, miscalculation in the amount due to server error or from the bank's payment gateway issue, then FlightsMojo reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as cancellation charges. The difference in the amount should be paid after communication from FlightsMojo to avoid any discomfort.

You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking.

To get any infant's ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they are checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you're booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child.

To get any child ticket issued, the age of child must in between 2-12 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re checking in, and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old

All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier.

Company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from airline's end.

If ticket is cancelled directly from the airlines web site , office or call centre , customer needs to inform flightsmojo.in for the refund to be processed. Please note that flightsmojo.in do not get any alert from airlines directly.

Booking Confirmation To confirm your booking, you need to pay the entire amount upfront.

Refunds for No Show & Partially Used Tickets Refunds for no-show or partially utilized tickets follow the airline's terms and conditions and may take up to 90 days.

Infant Fares To qualify for infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months for the entire itinerary, including return journeys. If the infant turns 24 months or older during the return journey, a separate booking using a child fare will be required.

Acceptance of Terms By accepting our booking terms, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.

Every booking made on flightsmojo is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.

flightsmojo.in levies negligible amount of 300 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 500 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges.

Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline's policy.

Cancellations can be made online or offline by sending an email to flightsmojo i.e. care@flightsmojo.in

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly.

Amendment charges on flightsmojo.in are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.

To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, flightsmojo recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.

In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds will be given according to airlines charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don't entertain any cancellation request.

In case of No-show the refund amount is entirely depends upon the airlines. flightsmojo has nothing to do with the refund amount. Flightsmojo will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airlines in case of No-Show.

Amendments and Rescheduling Some booked fares may not be amendable or reschedulable, depending on the airline's policy. Flightsmojo charges a reschedule handling fee of INR 500 per passenger per sector, in addition to the airline's reschedule charges.

Cancellation Policy Non-Refundable Fares Some fares may be non-refundable according to the airline's policy.

Cancellation Requests Only cancellation requests made online or via email (for emails, the travel date must be more than 6 hours away) will be entertained. Flightsmojo will not process cancellation requests made through any other medium.

For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost (if full paid) will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.

For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges

For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.

Flightsmojo will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corpoate company through email.

Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customers mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines.

Flightsmojo will process refund within 72 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers.

Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions

Convenience Fees Convenience fees charged by flightsmojo are non-refundable.

Partial Cancellation Partial cancellation of roundtrip fares, friends & family fares, and group fares is not permitted by airlines.

Flight Schedules Flight schedules and timings are subject to regulatory approvals and may change.

flightsmojo shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent

The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the flightsmojo liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent.

On the basis of assurity given by airlines/hotels/suppliers, flightsmojo may sometimes refund amount to the customer but flightsmojo reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on event of Airlines/hotels getting shutted down/non-operational/bankrupt.

Contacting Flightsmojo for Refunds You must contact flightsmojo for all refunds, as airlines cannot refund tickets booked through flightsmojo.

Direct Airline Cancellations If you cancel directly with the airline, you must inform flightsmojo via email or phone to initiate the refund process. Processing times vary.

Non-Refundable Convenience Fees Convenience fees paid at the time of booking are non-refundable and apply to all cancellations, including partial cancellations, even if the ticket is directly canceled with the airline.

Refund Credit Refunds will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.

Discount Deductions For cancellations and refunds of partially used tickets, any upfront discounts or promo code discounts availed at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.

Documentation for Refunds If you cancel your booking directly with the airline, you must inform flightsmojo with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact flightsmojo within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

Non-Refundable Extras Amounts paid for meals, seats, or extra baggage are non-refundable unless the flight is canceled by the airline.

Policy Changes If the airline changes its policy after your booking is made, the new policy will apply to all previous bookings.

Refund Initiation Flightsmojo will initiate your refund only after receiving it from the airline.

The accompanying adult is solely responsible for the well-being of the child/children traveling together with him/her.
